Terms of Service

You must be the age of majority in British Columbia (19) to create an account. Parents and guardians register and are responsible for the minors in their care. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials secure, and to be responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

• Field rentals, programs, camps, drop-ins, and parties are subject to availability and, where applicable, to our review and approval.
• Field rental and party requests are confirmed once we approve them; submitting a request does not by itself guarantee a reservation.
• Program and camp spaces are limited. Where a session is full, you may be offered a waitlist place; a spot is confirmed only when we notify you.
• You are responsible for arriving on time; sessions run on their scheduled times and missed time is generally not made up.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable GST/HST. For field rentals and parties, the final price is set by Full 90 and confirmed before your booking is finalized. By providing a payment card you authorize us, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge the amounts you owe for the bookings and registrations you make, including any saved-card charges you approve. Prices and program fees may change from time to time; changes do not affect bookings already confirmed and paid.

Cancellations and refunds are issued at Full 90's discretion. Requests submitted at least 12 hours before your session have the best chance of approval. Approved refunds may be issued to your original payment method or as account credit. Where we cancel a session for reasons within our control, we will offer a refund or credit. Fees already incurred or non-recoverable costs may be deducted.

Soccer and related activities carry an inherent risk of injury. A signed liability waiver is required for every participant before taking the field. By participating, you and the participants you register acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks. You agree to follow all posted rules and the reasonable instructions of our staff, which exist for everyone's safety.

We expect respectful behaviour from all participants, guests, and spectators. We may refuse service, remove a participant, or close an account for conduct that is unsafe, abusive, or damaging to our facility, staff, or other guests. You are responsible for damage you or your guests cause beyond normal use.

We may occasionally photograph or record activities at the facility for safety and, with your consent, for promotional purposes. If you do not wish you or your child to appear in promotional media, let our staff know and we will accommodate your request.

When you have an account or a booking, we will send you service messages — confirmations, reminders, receipts, and account notices — that are necessary to provide our services. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, and every marketing email and SMS includes a way to unsubscribe or opt out. See our Privacy Policy for details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct, Full 90 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or facility, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the booking or registration giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. You agree to indemnify Full 90 against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the facility.

The Full 90 name, logo, website, and content are owned by Full 90 Soccer Centre and may not be copied or used without our permission.

We may update our services and these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
